A great-sounding band is really something special to experience. Crossroadz is a culmination of many years of musical experience, in studio and live onstage. Featuring one of the best live experiences through sound and light, they work hard to build a repertoire that spans a number of genres... classic rock, southern rock, funk, blues, country and a whole lot more.
Chris Mitchell
Lead Guitar | Lead Vocal
Originally from Brasher Falls, NY, Chris is the founder of Crossroadz which got its start in 1998 out of Culpepper, VA. Chris has been playing most of his life and started booking his talents back in 1990. With influences like Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin, and AC/DC; Chris really enjoys the great sound and diversity of music this group has to offer their audience.
Aaron Mitchell
Bass Guitar | Vocals
Originally from Potsdam, NY, Aaron started playing guitar in the mid 2000's and picked up the bass in 2009. After a brief hiatus, he brought back bass playing full time in 2021 when Crossroadz came to Henderson, NC. Aaron's musical influences include The Beatles, Queen, and Volbeat; amongst many others. Making music is a blast for Aaron and being part of a group with the right sound is what makes it great.
Chris Mueller
Drums | Vocals
Chris originates from the home of Rock n' Roll... Cleveland, OH. He's been in Raleigh since '83 and he's been playing drums since he was a teen and really loves giving any audience a great show. His musical upbringing included a steady diet of Rush, Yes, and Brand X; but loves the classic simplicity of The Beatles, Tom Petty, and many others. It's all about finding that groove and making himself at home there.
Pat McFarren
Lights | Sound
Pat originally came from Granville, NY. Music has always been a part of his life, including playing the saxophone for 10 years. Now he enjoys being an integral part of Crossroadz' shows by overseeing our light show and keeping us sounding great at the sound board.
